Great is Thy Faithfulness - William M. Runyan (1870-1957), arr. David Ritter
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Great is Thy faithfulness!
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
all I have needed Thy hand hath provided:
great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!
The words to the beloved hymn Great is Thy Faithfulness were penned by Thomas O. Chisholm as a reflection on God’s faithfulness in one’s day-to-day life. Reimagined by arranger David Ritter as part meditation, part fanfare, the hymn becomes a celebration of God’s enduring faithfulness in all of life’s moments, with “strength for today, and bright hope for tomorrow.”
